Sam's Club

I left my cell phone at the Davenport, Iowa Sam's Club. We were about 2.5 hours away from the store when we realized that it was missing. We asked if they could just mail it to us and we would pay for the postage. They mailed it to us right away and didn't let us pay for the postage. Wonderful people. Thank you very much!!!

I love the scan and go. I left Costco because they don't have scan and go. Much quicker!! No more long lines...

Today 5/14 at 7:30 pm, I had the worse experience from Kourtnee, I did self check out (I had alcohol, juices, clothing), we were waiting for her to come ID my husband that was PAYING, he showed her his ID that he is over 21 years old. She asked me for my ID, I told her I don’t have my new ID since I had to use it this morning for an appointment and left it in the car and we took my husbands car to go to Sam’s Club. I did mention that I have my expired ID that expired in December along with debit cards that match my name to confirm it is me. Instead of speaking to me directly, she cancels my WHOLE transaction, snatches the alcohol from my cart and walks away. I’m like hello? She’s like Nope, not selling alcohol to you. I had NEVER had an employee at Sam’s Club treat me so disrespectful and cancelled my whole transaction like she didn’t want me to pay for the rest of my items, also I never had an employee ID me along with my husband. The only reason I got out is because my daughter is at the age where she wants to crawl and walk everywhere, she can’t stand being in her car seat or else my husband would have bought the items by himself. I asked for her name and told her I will be issu

Super organized and clean, and with the Scan & Go app on your phone, you can be in and out in a few minutes. Their curbside pickup is very handy when you're in a hurry, and every single curbside pickup employee has been REALLY sweet. They hire good people here. I always find something that I need, and many things I don't, lol.

Used Sam’s club bakery for our wedding Friday. (Choosing Sam’s over a few other options) We called 2-3 times leading up to the wedding to make sure everything was confirmed and ordered properly. Confirmed by Sam’s multiple times. Wedding day comes around, we go to pick up the desserts and absolutely nothing is ready. They began scrambling to get things ready, making my mother and sister sit there and wait around on crunch time. My mother ended up getting brownies and cupcakes off the shelf herself. Then come to find out another gentleman was there to get his birthday cake he ordered and sure enough not a thing was ready for him. Very disappointed when this was confirmed multiple times. & No compensation or apology. Deserts had many compliments for quality and taste, but to fail on 2 separate orders on the same day needs addressed. Hope to use the bakery again, but that will be a risky decision after this experience.
